You can ensconce yourself in your studio for what seems like an eternity and the first time you go out the phone rings with the commission of a lifetime. I'm glad in the end it worked out for both you and the magazine. They got a beautiful cover.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5124724441020127571.post-36331126996188974042009-03-03T03:22:00.000-08:002009-03-03T03:22:00.000-08:00Thanks Mark! Thanks Mark!Allan Burchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10735197997044931862noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5124724441020127571.post-1809544689721393592009-03-02T21:11:00.000-08:002009-03-02T21:11:00.000-08:00That is amazing to do work that will be a part of ...That is amazing to do work that will be a part of history. You know people's grandkids will inherit collected copies of this magazine just like I did with Life from the JFK era. Your style and technique are especially timeless in this one. Could've been out of the '60s except for the current President. Looks like a similar style of portrait I've seen of JFK – whom Obama is compared to as well. Nice job and great story!bluebloodhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09441194899993749144noreply@blogger.com
